How to get started

Simply click on the “Download Remote Support Client” button below. Once it downloads click to “Run” the file. You will also receive a security window prompting you to “Run” or “Don’t Run”. Please select “Run” again.

With this software a webFEAT Complete team member will be able to view your computer screen and walk through the troubleshooting process for you. This makes it easy for us to see the issue you have a solve it for you.

The Team Viewer software that webFEAT Complete utilizes does not leave any residual traces behind, and rest assured that there is no way for us to regain access to your system after the support session has been closed.
